Shipping Policy

At Centurion Traders, we strive to ensure that your orders are shipped promptly and arrive safely at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders will be delivered in 22 to 35 business days after receiving payment.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

• All costs associated with returning a product via shipping must be borne by the buyer.
• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
• For orders that have not yet been shipped, refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.

Settlement Times

• For domestic transactions, settlement will be completed within 7 business days (T+7).
• For international transactions, settlement will be completed within 10 business days (T+10).

Damage & Reporting

• In case of any damage upon delivery, please report it by contacting our customer care team within 48 hours.
• No returns will be accepted if the item is delivered without any external damage or defects.
